Catalog Quantities – 1-12 business days from date of SnugZ receipt of PO and usable artwork on screen printed, domed and sublimated products. Custom Woven-Through [into material] and Import Orders will require 6 to 8 weeks and may require additional time.

Rush Orders– We love rush orders at SnugZ USA and will do everything we can to accommodate them. Orders requested faster than normal delivery time require SnugZ approval and may be subject to an up charge or “rush” charge to expedite the product. Remember; Production days do not include weekends or holidays.
Products that are “Screen Printed” – $30.00 [V] per color; price includes one-color/front-side imprint. Additional imprint color[s] or location[s]; add $0.40 [A] each, running charge — additional setup costs will apply; call. Additional colors and locations not available on all products.
Artwork Overview : We highly suggest submitting all artwork via e-mail as vector files with all text converted to curves or outlines, the document color mode set to CMYK and all colors called out as PANTONE® PMS® colors. When unable to send vector art a resolution of at least 300dpi is suggested for all gifs, jpegs, and tiffs [non-vector formats]. Files should be PC compatible and submitted to the correct e-mail address. See below for further explanation of all details.
SnugZ encourages art files be sent to us via e-mail. Depending on the products being ordered [1/3/5 day or other] will determine which e-mail address to send the art to. SnugZ cannot guarantee 1/3/5 day product orders if they are not sent to the correct e-mail address. Please contact SnugZ USA for the appropriate email address.
To submit files via E-mail: When sending digital artwork, please send a hard copy for our reference. This is especially important for e-mailed artwork since images do not always retain their integrity when sent over the internet.
To submit files via post: Please send all camera-ready art [see requirements below] and media disks to SnugZ USA. Please contact SnugZ USA for the appropriate post address.
If files are not e-mailed or sent as camera ready they can be submitted on a CD-R, DVD-R, 3.5? floppy disk. Submit a separate disk for each order. Do not gang art for more than one order on a single disk. Always include a laser hard-copy print of the artwork. See acceptable file formats above.
Camera-Ready Art
Camera-Ready Artwork Is: “Camera-ready art” is a term that differs between companies. For SnugZ, camera-ready art is flat, sharp, black-and-white line art [graphics and text] that is on smooth paper. Artwork submitted as camera-ready must be able to be scanned into Adobe® Photoshop® and then “Live Traced” in Adobe® Illustrator® without any additional work by a graphic artist. Additional work includes art that has to be retraced, redrawn or reworked on the computer by a graphic artist in any way.
To increase perceived resolution it is a good idea to submit your camera-ready artwork at least double the size of the final imprint up to 8.5” x 11”. Please do not exceed letter size paper as this is our maximum scannable area.
Camera-Ready Art Is Not: Fax copies, photocopies, newspaper art, business cards, letterhead, continuous tone images [photography], printed products, artwork on damaged or dirty paper, or laser art that is less than 1000 dpi. If artwork does not meet required camera-ready specifications, an art preparation fee of $51.00 [Q] per hour will be required with a one-hour minimum. SnugZ•usa® will notify customer if artwork does not meet required camera-ready specifications before cleaning any art.
Proofs:
A paper proof [either fax or e-mail, whichever is requested] is always provided free of charge. If there are changes that need to be made and another proof is required, SnugZ will happily provide another proof with those changes. Z Collection and dye-sublimated proofs will be provided in color [e-mail only]. All other paper proofs will be in black and white.
SnugZ paper proofs are not photographic representations of what the submitted art will look like on the product. They are to scale, vector illustrations of the product being ordered with the imprint applied. SnugZ does not provide proofs with the logo simulated on a photograph of the product. Please view our catalog for product imprint representations.
Z Collection and dye-sublimated proofs will be provided in color [e-mail only]. All other product proofs will be in black and white.
File Retention:
Camera-ready art and media disks will be discarded after 30 days unless you have indicated on the purchase order that you would like the disk returned and have included return postage.
Trademarks
All copy or other materials submitted by customers for our use in producing items ordered will be accepted as fully compliant with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.
Random Samples
Free imprinted Random Samples, including FREE ground shipment. Expedited freight will be at customer’s expense. Please add shipper account numbers.
Spec Samples:
Speculative Sample: $25.00 [V]. For screen printed and domed products, $45.00[V] for sublimation products, and $50.00[Z] for lip balm and Z Collection products. This cost does not include shipping or art charges if camera-ready art is not provided. Fax or email request by distributor is required. Production time on speculative samples averages about 5 business days. Call for exact production times for your project.
Order Acceptance
All orders are binding upon SnugZ only after acceptance by SnugZ. SnugZ will send an order acknowledgement to the distributor to confirm that we have the order. Artwork [e-mail or camera-ready] must be received before order can be processed. Production time begins when SnugZ receives your order, and usable artwork. Emailed art must be received prior to the beginning of Order Processing.
To Expedite Your Purchase
Complete, Clear Orders: Clearly detail the products ordered, including quantities, color, imprint instructions, and contact name along with accompanying camera-ready, digital artwork, event date[s], and shipping and handling instructions, as well as any special or unusual information pertinent to the order.
Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your order, SnugZ will fax or email you a detailed order acknowledgement. Please make an effort to check the acknowledgement completely. If you do not receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours after the order was sent, please call SnugZ to make sure order was received.
Credit Approval and Terms: All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders above $3,000.00 established credit levels will require co-participation or prepayment from you as a partner in the transaction. We expect you to respect and adhere to our credit terms with as much promptness as we process and ship your order. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted; or upon credit approval, we extend 30-days net credit. Artwork and screens are the property of the invoiced distributor.
Repeat Orders
There is no setup or artwork charge for most products if exact product and artwork duplication is specified. If artwork or product is altered in any way, the order is not a repeat. Always include a copy of the most recent invoice for the previous order. New art and copy may be required if the prior order is more than two years old. Please provide repeat order number. Artwork and screens are the property of the invoiced distributor.
Changes and Cancellations
SnugZ will do all we can to make the changes you request to your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, changes may affect the scheduled ship date and must be authorized by a SnugZ Consultant, any changes made to your order may include a $10.00 [Z] charge. Change requests made 48 hours prior to ship date may not be possible. Contact a SnugZ Consultant with your change request for authorization. Cancellations after order has been accepted are subject to labor and material costs expended up to the point of cancellation.
Returns
Our SnugZ Quality Assurance Team handles all return requests on a case by case basis. Contact the SnugZ Quality Assurance Team for return authorization and instructions. If possible, make your return request within 60 days of order ship date. If applicable, restocking fee, or freight for the return may be charged.
Over/Under Runs:
No charge for “Over Quantities” [SnugZ ships quantities over ordered amount at no charge.] SnugZ reserves the right to invoice and ship 5% under the quantity ordered.
Special Orders:
Less Than Minimum Orders: Add $25.00[V] for orders under 100 units on screen-printed and domed products. Less than minimum quantities not available for; sublimated products, woven-in products, Import Collection, Z Collection and Lip Balm.
Non-Imprinted Orders: Use next quantity pricing for screen printed, domed and sublimated products. Non-Imprinted Orders are not available on Z Collection or Lip Balm products.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping:
- All products are shipped F.O.B. from our factory using UPS/FedEx, unless otherwise requested.
- All orders will be shipped prepaid unless otherwise specified.
- “Best Way” shipping is used unless otherwise specified by customer.
- Expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx is used whenever possible to meet in-hands date. Exact event dates need to be supplied to SnugZ® to ensure timeliness.
- A $5.00 handling charge is added to each shipment in addition to the carriers charge.
- An additional $2.00 net charge is added to freight cost when shipping to a residential address.
- Orders will be shipped to address indicated on order confirmation unless otherwise specified.
- Address correction after shipping will be charged back at $10.00 [Z].
- SnugZ•usa reserves the right to deny the use of others shipping account numbers. You’ll be notified by customer care or order processing if we’re unable to do so.
International Shipments:
SnugZ USA will ship your order outside of the USA. Additional VAT [Value Added Tax] may be included. Factory is not responsible for customs delays. Shipping account number, receiver’s name and phone number are required for all foreign shipments. Value of order for customs needs to be determined when order is placed.
Insurance: If insurance is desired, customer should notify the factory in writing on the order. Arrangements will be made to accommodate the request.
Liability: All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the carrier. If the carrier delays or damages the shipment, or bad weather prevents or delays shipment, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. All charge-backs are the distributor’s responsibility regardless of which carrier was used.
Split Shipments:
Drop Shipments: $7.00 [V] per destination, plus actual freight. Labels must be provided.
Split Shipments: $7.00 [V] applies to each additional shipment, plus actual freight.
Shipping Weight & Packaging
Shipped bulk packed. Approximate shipping weight: see product description. Call for other shipping weights. Pouches, K2’s Option Y’s, Metal Whistles and bottle/lip balm sleeves are not assembled to product automatically. SnugZ will provide this service to you, additional assembly charge will apply.
